Is this a junior size X large? What 8s the actal nust size of the ex large

I am a large framed woman. At 5'8" and i wear a 40DDD. this xlarge fits me but its just a tad short in the arms and waist for perfect preference, but not enough that i wont wear it. I wear it often!! And it looks great! And i do tend to like my hoodies a baggy, so for other folks it might be a perfect fit.

I usually wear size medium would small fit ?
