Very Impressed!
This is my favorite essence thus far in Thousand Oaks Barrel Series of flavors! I mixed it with 80 proof vodka, some Whissin whiskey substitute, and water to dilute the strength of the vodka. A few days later, and I'll tell you what. Happy Saint Patrick's Day! If I didn't know better, I'd say what I made was a fine Irish whiskey! Even my wife thought it was whiskey. Highly recommended.
