Suer easy inverter to setup works well with the ecoworthy battery.
Purchased along with the Eco worthy 48 V battery, the two were great together. Between the two of them, I received everything I needed. I got battery cables, BMS communication cable, a cable to communicate with another battery if I need to do so, etc. The inverter has worked flawlessly and we got to test it during a recent power outage. It also came with a wireless module so that it can connect to your network and you can monitor the both the battery and the inverter remotely.

A piece of junk like that shouldn’t be that expensive😡😡😡😡
The media could not be loaded. First of all I was misleading when I purchased this 5000w inverter. I wanted to buy a split phase one. Marketing trick saying split phase, but you need at least two of those😡. I wanted to return it right away, but I got fooled by its appearance/look. I’m like ok, I will use it for now and get another one for the 2nd phase. I went ahead installed it with 8x355w, 40.6 v 11.5 A panels in series, since inverter supports up to 500v dc. I hooked the system to a 48v 100A server rack tracer bat to maintain the load when it gets cloudy. Things went fine for a couple weeks until my lights started flickering. My wife and my kids keep telling me that something is wrong with the lights. I keep obsessing the unit, checking for any loose wires/connections, even checked for overload. I only ran the small appliances like lights, microwave, small air fryer, one 60in tv, and a fridge. No way that I overloaded it right? Then all a sudden I went to check on the battery status, heard this sound like loose connections sparking. My lights laterally dimmed all the way down and up again multiple times. I’m like thank you eco worthy, my house is not going to catch on fire. I removed it off the wall right away and rerouted my wires back to the main and boxed the piece of junk for return. I don’t need replacement, cause it costed my time, money to install it. Please check out the short video below. I was so worried that I forgot to record the lights flickering. Didn’t want to take the chance cause I don’t have electricity class extinguisher. I’m glad that I still have 3 days left from the closing window 🤫got lucky. Otherwise it’ll be a big lost after spending so much to get my system running. Y’all know how it goes for DIY.

So far, does what it says. Mostly...
Does what it says so far,at least as far as I can tell. As for the wifi, if it works or not, I do not know, they failed to pack the wifi dongle, they advertise it in the advertising photos. They do not state it is not included. And does say it includes the wiring, but if they excluded that wiring or just forgot to pack it i will soon find, I messaged them and I am waiting for a response. It was a major factor when I chose this system when shopping. If it turns out it is not included I will not expand with this system by buying more inverters in the futer like I had planned. It's too much money for this kind of investment, to not include it as advertised in the photos. That is misleading and I can not put my trust in a company that would do that to their customers. I have invested alot of money with them, but will not invest any more if that is the case. I love the server rack batteries, by far one of my best investments. This inverter works great so far charging their 48v server rack battery setup. Communication between batteries bms and inverter seems to work good so far.I did have one hiccup charging the battery bank. At some point the breaker flipped on one of the batteries. When I realized it, I checked wiring and connections made sure everything was working properly and started the system back up to finish charging. It did not flip again, but I do keep that in-mind incase I have any more issues in the futer with that battery. That is when I decided I better get it connected to wifi to monitore it and see if i can setup notifications through the app,and thats when realized the wires they gave me did not include the wifi dongle, I really hope they get back to me soon, as I am ready to get another inverter to expand, but will go another route if it turns out it was mislead. "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". I will update post soon as I hear back.Customer support was very good at Communication and responding to messages when i had questions on what inverter i should get for my battery bank, and they suggested some of their solar panels as well as guiding me in what directionto go. I did not use any of their suggestions on panels because I was able to get more for less investing in Heliene panels, and they work great with the system, another point to their favore. The information they gave me on solar panel sizing helped alot. But the inverter they suggested is only available if you buy one of their whole system packages, it was a 10kw hybrid, I really wanted it. But I settled for this one since they don't sell it outside of the package deal, I figured I would just expand as I get my system put together... we'll see. That's it for now.One thing I do want to point out, is you need more then one if you want 220v. It was something I missed at first, and when I read one review that stated that I went back to reread the info and confirm. I made the choice knowing I could only do 110v to star but the other inverters i was looking at did not have wifi integration which is a big deal to me.‐------------------------------------------Update: 7/11/2025They got back to me promptly and assured me it will be sent to me and I should get it in the mail in a couple of weeks, and apologized for the mistake. I have a tracking number and will be patiently waiting for it to arrive.

Good deal for dyi
Their customer service is horrible. But this so far has been a good deal for my camper. I got 4 of their 12v 280 ah batteries also. My camper is a 30 amp so this is over kill but that what I wanted. No problems with over mouth in service. The instructions are lacking a bit and they kinda of bs you around if you ask them for help. I had problems with getting the invertor to bluetooth to theor batteries. Still trying to get answers.. but the thing is pretty much dummy proof. My temps are never high because I over sized it.. it works well.
