My life helper
I’ve been taking this Omega-3 fish oil for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed. The lemon flavor makes it easy to swallow, and I love that it’s in triglyceride form for better absorption. Great for my cats!
I got this for myself but soon I started to smell strongly of fish- I tried it with my cats and their coats are lush and they are so healthy!! I raise and show MaineCoon cats and this is wi sexual for them and they just glow- this also is great for humans- my husband uses it and is great for him too! I kept smelling fish when I took it so switched to evening primrose ….

Excellent source of Omega 3s
I follow a lot of social media accounts by Doctors that I trust. Time after time almost all doctors and nutritionists recommend a good quality fish oil for our health. I purchase this product because of the high levels of both EPA & DHA as both types of Omega 3s have their benefits in our bodies. I particularly like this Garden of Life product because it was formulated with Dr. Perlmutter, whom I really respect for advice. This product leaves me with the least amount of fish burps after taking it. The capsules even have a nice smell to them (due to the lemon referenced on the package). I've tried other supplements that had smaller amounts of EPA & DHA that caused fish burps every single time I took them so for this to rarely do that is a win. The pricing might not be the cheapest but it's a brand I can trust so that's worth it for me.
