Q: What recliner motor actuator with parts can I use to replace an ML8-199 recliner actuator.

Email the company- mine was a different brand but they had me send 3 pictures and they had an exact replacement. Works great and under$70.

Q: Does this replace jldq-18-329 motor actuator ?

The surest way is to measure the old actuator length and match it to the detailed descriptions. They both say 18 so it is a good possibility they will interchange. I had to reroute one wire on my Catnapper Recliner, it worked perfectly.
