These are really nice. I love resistance bands but hate how they roll when they are used on my legs to do side steps and squats. These aren’t the normal smooth rubber ones they feels like cloth so they stay where you put them and don’t twist and roll or fold up they stay where you out them. They have light, medium and heavy and usually I start with medium and never use the light for anything. I can only use they light so far! Medium and heavy are really medium and heavy! They come with a little mesh bag which I like because I always lose mine once they come out of the box because the box wears out after a while. Did an arm workout today with them, just the light and I am sore a few hours lter. Also I noticed the slightest hint of a rubber like smell, no chemical smell like others have said.

I recently picked up these resistance bands and I'm honestly impressed by how easy they are to use. Whether I'm squeezing in a quick workout between meetings or doing a full routine, they’ve been super convenient to grab and go. There’s no complicated setup or confusing instructions — you just pick a band and start moving, which is exactly what I needed.Despite being so simple, they definitely don’t skimp on giving a solid workout. I was surprised how quickly my muscles started to feel the burn, especially during resistance exercises I usually thought were pretty basic. These bands really push you to engage more muscles, which is a nice change from the typical gym machines.Overall, I’m really happy with these. They make working out feel a lot less intimidating but still totally worth it — like tricking yourself into a real sweat session without the mental effort.

So far I’m really liking these resistant bands. Very nice quality for the price. A lot of bands slip when they are on top of your clothing. These ones do not. The resistance weight is perfect. I love how thick they are. I’m kind of worried they might stretch out a bit though. I’m on day 2 of using them and the medium one kind of seems a little bit “larger” than it was yesterday. I could be wrong though. Either way, my glutes and thighs are sooooo sore this morning! Woo hoo! :)

The band size, thickness was perfect for me. The band diid not move! Most bands curl up. This band did not The feel of was great! Very great quality!

These bands are very well made and would probably be ideal for most people. However, I am petite (4’10”, 94 lbs) and these bands are too big for me. Even the Heavy Resistance band did not work for me.

Bought these for my daughter for Mother's Day. She absolutely loves them. She loves they're color coded and the resistance they give. I gave her the lower body bands too.

These are great exercise bands! I love the non-slip fabric bands and they are wider so they stay on my legs well without folding. These were shipped quickly and packaging looked good and was easy to open.

The material is sustainable and has not broke or popped as my other bands did. The bands are easy the use and put on and does not roll when using. No smell and the sizes of the bands are perfect. The value of the product was well spent.
