The best work-related headset on the market
I managed to snag a UC USB-C with desk mount when Amazon first listed them. They went up in price by £120 within two days. Crazy. But I get it, they are exceptionally good and demand is high.First thing is that I was dead set on getting the USB C. The only difference between USB-C and A is (1) the USB Bluetooth which you put into your computer so the headset can properly pair is USB-C. Only modern laptops/computers have native USB-C ports; I had to buy an adaptor for my work computer. I think the charging point on the headset is different too but this is irrelevant if you get the desktop charger with the headset. Point being is that there is no difference in functionality for USB A/C versions of these headsets. None. The USB A is retailing for about £100 cheaper than USB C at the moment; consider buying that one. They fit very well; extremely comfortable and the ANC is superb. I particularly like how they pause whatever is on screen when you take them off. Do not underestimate how helpful this is. Saves clicking pause, taking them off, and then recommencing after whatever distracted you. The do not disturb red lights are good, a bit gimmicky, but good. The ‘talkthrough’ is powerful as well; I use this relatively frequently.I purchased these as I have a Mitel Micollab softphone on my computer and I needed to be able to have a headset which will work with this (i.e. Jabra or Plantronics only) and be compatible with my mobile phones. I was sick of my wired one-ear Jabra headset. It also needed to be able to use the softphone in/out of Citrix and be compatible with the dictate function in Word. It works perfectly with all programs and the sound quality for me and the other callers is excellent. It is concurrently connected to my computer and both mobile phones so whatever device I am contacted on, it will pick up all and does so immediately. It works with Zoom as well.Only thing I would point out is that the volume control are buttons. I would have liked something flush – but honestly I only mention this as I need to put something which might be improved.I would 100% buy again. This is currently the market leader for top of the range professional headsets.

Very good headphones but not the best value.
I recently invested in a pair of wireless headphones for my work, and I must say, the audio quality they provide is truly exceptional. However, it’s worth mentioning that they come with a hefty price tag. These headphones boast a premium build and offer an impressive level of compatibility with various work applications and video conferencing software, including popular platforms like Teams and more. The first thing that struck me about these headphones was their overall audio performance. The sound quality is top-notch, delivering clear and immersive sound across a wide range of frequencies. Whether I was listening to music, participating in virtual meetings, or watching videos, the audio reproduction was excellent, providing an enjoyable and engaging experience. The noise-canceling feature on these headphones is also quite remarkable, almost rivaling the performance of my Sony WRX3 noise-canceling headphones. My Sony headphones have a greater range and deeper bass and marginally better ANC however the standout item on these headphones is the combination of Premium ANC alongside a great microphone and superb compatibility. They effectively minimise background noise, allowing me to focus on my work without distractions. This feature significantly enhanced my productivity, particularly in noisy environments or during busy office hours. The microphone quality on these headphones is highly impressive. They captured my voice accurately and with clarity, ensuring that my colleagues and clients hear me loud and clear during conference calls and virtual meetings. The microphone’s noise-canceling capabilities also help eliminate any ambient noise, resulting in clear and professional communication. However, it’s important to consider the price of these headphones. They are undeniably expensive, and unless you specifically require top-of-the-line noise-canceling capabilities combined with a high-quality boom microphone, it might be hard to justify the cost. There are more affordable options available in the market that offer better audio albeit with lower compatibility and a lower microphone performance. In summary, the Jabra headset impressed with its excellent audio quality, compatibiliy and good noise canceling. The microphone quality is also top-notch. However, given the high price tag, I would only recommend them to individuals who truly need a top-end active noise-canceling headset with a high-quality boom microphone and are willing to invest in these premium features.

Great Sound Quality
Excellent sound quality and good noise cancellation. Mic pickup is great too and the headphones are comfortable to wear. A massive step up from my old Jabra headphones.
