Nicely made, good deal for price
I like to make 10 pound batches of sausage, the 20 pound mixer works well for the size of my batches. Mixes as well as any other mixer that I have used in the past. As with any meat processing device clean up is intense and requires a bit of work with a stiff brush to clean out any crevices. No better or worse that cleaning my grinder or stuffer. Welding of the mixing paddles could be better, considering the use I see no issues, if the welds break I will reweld if the issue arises. Overall build quality is not bad, heavy stainless steel body with a nice stainless steel lid. Assembly is simple requiring an install of the lid handle and the four feet.

pretty good mixer
it claims to be a 15 lb mixer but there is almost no way it will do more than 10 lbs at a time , with that said its built like a tank , very heavy duty , you shouldn't have to worry about bending the paddles , with the gear box its very easy to turn when fully loaded with meat , it mixed the seasoning very well , its hard to get the meat out without taking the paddles out but thats easy to do . overall its a really good mixer , but i will attach my cordless drill to it for our next batch of sausage instead of cranking it by hand ( easy to do ) just to keep from doing all that cranking

IT SAID 15LB CAPACITY 🤨
SAYS 15LB CAPACITY, I PUT IN 8 LBS COARSE GRIND PORK BUTT AND 2 LBS COARSE GRIND CHUCK TO MAKE BRATS ANDTHAT IS ABOUT MAX CAPACITY. IT WAS ACTUALLY PUSHING THE METAL LID OFF THE TOP ! ANYTHING MORE THAN THAT PLAN ON SPLITTING THE WEIGHT IN HALF .IT HAS A COUPLE OF SMALL WING NUTS TO HOLD THE BLADE IN SO ITS A BUMMER WITH BIG HANDS TO ASSEMBLE AND TAKE APART . OVERALL QUALITY ISN'T REAL BAD .IF YOU DO SMALL BATCHES LIKE ME ITS PROBABLY FINE . I PREFER TO MAKE MY OWN SAUSAGES BECAUSE OF THE STUFF THE STORES PUT IN THERE'S . IT WILL WORK FOR ME BUT I WISH IT WAS BIGGER .

So far so good, even nearly full
I use this to make homemade cat food. It's easy enough to clean and worked fine for 18 pounds of chicken plus 6 eggs, fish oils, and a quart or so of water. Before adding the water, maybe a quarter inch of meat stuck to the sides in a couple places, but even that was corrected with a few swipes of a spatula. Once the mixture was fluid enough from addition of water, there was no issue with sticking. The only downside is that it's geared pretty low by default, so the blades turn easily but slowly. This isn't likely to be an issue, however, once I figure out how to attach it to a motor, ideally my kitchenaid, since that's variable speed. Other than the height, the main issue is going to be the size of the square drive. On this mixer, it's slightly over 1/2", maybe 9/16", but the kitchenaid attachment I measured was slightly under 1/2". UPDATE: Still worked fine with 36 pounds of chicken and at least 4 pounds of water and supplements. The lid stays on. I found that I can use a 16mm 12-point socket with a cordless drill to drive it, with no battery life issues after 2 batches, so I won't bother rigging it up to a stronger motor. This way, I can keep it below counter level and have the mixer output directly into the mixer, saving dirtying a bowl or meat lug. I like that the blade assembly is attached by wingnut-screws, making it easy to remove for getting the meat out after mixing and for subsequent washing. I only wish the rest of the mechanism was easily removable so I could run everything else through the dishwasher.

Nice mixer
I received the mixer on time. It seems well made and sturdy. A few sharp edges on the lid kept it from getting 5 stars. Clean up was simple enough. Remove the wing nuts and take the paddles out. I mixed 5 pounds of ground venison and pork without any trouble.

Used my new Hakka mixer today.. Worked as well as I had hoped it would. Made 11 pounds of sausage and mixer was pretty much full.. Maybe would have taken another 1-2 pounds.. Clean up is time consuming but any meat mixer will be. Easy to dismantle and clean.. Very happy..
