-UPDATED-This is a very cute toy. Its small size means its great for toy breeds. The rope part is tough and I imagine it could stand rough play.However, if your dog is a heavy chewer it will likely destroy this toy in a matter of hours. My dog ripped it the next day. I don't mind so much as I'm used to it, but perhaps the price is too high for a toy if your dog is a known chewer. After removing the stuffing and squeaker, I gave it back to my dog. He still plays with it, and he loves chewing on the rope.So, in short:- great for gently play- if your dog is a chewer, this may not be the toy for him/her. It will likely be torn. As with all toys, your dog should be supervised (you don't want him eating the fluff!)- the rope part makes for a good tug-of-war game with your dogOverall, very pleased with this purchase, despite it only lasting a day. I can't be upset over that fact as I knew it was possible when I bought it. This toy seems to be very popular among others as well. Every time I click on it, only a few are left in stock!
