These are made with good quality connectors and 12awg wire which is better suited for the EC5 but in my opinion, the banana plugs aren’t recessed far enough into the plug. There is a metal lip exposed at the base of the plug that keeps it from being inserted all of the way into my charger. I’m not sure if this is by design or by mistake but I’d prefer the plug base to sit flush against the charger with no gaps.

These adapters worked great for an older Hyperion charger. No issues at all. The EC5 connected firm, but not to the point where they were difficult to disconnect. I would recommend.
