Almased Meal Replacement shakes – Gluten-Free, non-GMO Weight Management Powder – Vanilla Flavor, 17.6 oz (2 pack)

I’ve lost 15 lbs in about 2 months BUT, I have one shake/day and for the other meals either vegetables or egg whites or tuna. I like the Almased because (1)it keeps my focus on losing weight, (2) it is easy to prepare, (3) it gives me all the nutrients I need while eating so few calories so I feel good, (4) my hair is thicker and healthier and fingernails are stronger. I do not believe that I could drink Almased for a meal and eat whatever I want for other meals and still lose weight. But, it is an effective tool with an otherwise healthy diet. I tried 2 shakes/day and got depressed, so I dropped down to 1/day and felt better. I have not been exercising but am not sedentary. Almased does not taste great. I put a cup of frozen berries in a Ninja, about a cup of water, 1/2 single serve packet of lemonade mix (True Lemon) and the Almased. Pulse 2 or 3 times and it is a bowl or a shake. That way it is enjoyable and feels more like a meal without adding many calories. It seems a bit expensive but at $4/meal, it isn’t bad. What would you pay to lose weight?? So, while I do not believe all the claims Almased makes, it does give the nutrients needed to reduce calories and still stay healthy and give a boost to hair and nails in the process. When I lose 15 more lbs, I’ll probably continue the Almased for the nutrition value and add in more daily calories.

Great product, and works better than any of the numerous diets I’ve tried. I am 60 years old, so I blame menopause for making it so difficult to lose weight. But with the help of Almased and its website I can finally say I have been successful at losing 10lbs over 5 months and feel wonderful I enjoy the vanilla almond flavor, mixed with coconut or almond milk, it makes a satisfying meal. The website for Almased has many reviews and tips, which gave me more incentive to stick with the diet.

Good, working and easy to use. Got 4 stars because it was not the correct flavor. I ordered Almond-vanilla got original. 2nd time this happen.

My partner and I used about 7-9 cans total. The taste isn’t as bad as people say. It’s meh. My problem is that 1. We WERE hungry starting day two. And we got hungrier! 2. I have a history of hypoglycemia and my partner is mildly diabetic. They say it’s good for diabetics so I assumed it would be okay. It is not! Be careful if you have blood sugar issues. I struggled much more with blood sugar drops but we both experienced some. Mine were severe. 3. We lost a total of maybe 1-3 pounds and gained it back the moment we stopped, and then some. So why three stars? Except for the fact that the ingredients, like yogurt, are not organic or GrassFed (which is a pretty big deal health wise), they seem like fairly good quality. It would be impossible to have used local honey, which of course would be best, but the combination is evidence based. The taste is manageable. And I think had we not suffered blood sugar issues it would have been fairly do-able, but I don’t love any plan that is liquid based because I just don’t believe overall it’s the most healthy. Still, for what it is, I think it’s good for many people.

I really enjoy using this product and I have lost about 30 lbs with it. If you can handle drinking this twice a day and having one normal meal a day then you can definitely work with this. it is well balanced and fills you up. The taste is a bit boring maybe but not offensive, but you can add some flavor with cinnamon or other things. I don't add anything and use almond milk with it and still use it for my breakfasts.

No more nightly snacking. I lost 21 lbs in 8 months. I replaced my snacks with this beverage. And use sometimes at mornings when I need to get out of the house for an early appointment or errands. I use with water or almond seed milk. It tastes great with no aftertaste or sugar substitute taste. Easy and quick to fix using the blender bottle

Started the detox 052025 with the prescribed 3 shakes a day for 3 days. Let me tell you I’m a cancer patient and I haven’t been able to have a full nights sleep in several years and I have lacked energy for the same amount of time. I began the detox and I never experienced any hungry pains or cravings throughout the day, I was full of energy and I have finally been able to sleep through the night. The taste is unusual but with a few berries and a shot of juice it’s not bad. I highly recommend this product. I feel better then I have in years and plan to continue using. The price is not bad considering you are replacing meals. 1 can at 3 shakes a day for 3 days for $34 is great when a good lunch would cost $40 or more.. oh and I dropped 8lbs the first 2 days. I’ll post an update when I complete the program. Shipping was fast and my product arrived damaged free!!!

Terrible taste! Trying to get two meals a day down - have used a blender and blackberries to help the taste, but so far, its still pretty bad! Had hoped the taste would have been better; really need to use for three meals a day, but I just can't handle the taste. My energy level is OK and it is filling, but as far as effectiveness is concerned, need to wait for a few more weeks. It's fairly expensive, if you plan on replacing most of your meals with this plant based protein powder - could cost you quite a bundle!

Works really well But it is pricey as one tin is only 10 meals The program is expensive if you have a lot of weight to lose The almond-vanilla flavour is great but much more expensive now So I am now trying the original flavour Haven't received it yet
