Mid America Vinyl Shutter Lok Fasteners (009 Federal Brown Bag of 12)

I had the shutters on my house taken down and repainted. These fasteners were great for securing the shutters back onto the house.

I installed new Vinyl shutters last year that kept popping out in high wind, tried these , these do back out , , but not on their own, outside forces (literally) is causing thatthey work, but looking for something better they do not "lok" anything
