Worked like a charm. I have a very long cord on my work phone that was constantly tangled. Out of final frustrations I gave these a try and they work. Best practice to make the most of these, un-attach your phone cord completely and stretch it out and untangle it then add the phone adapter and re-attach.

If you are on a phone with a cord and are sick of having it twist up on you, this product is for you. It is awesome to not have knotted, twisted up phone cord any more. If your phone sits lower, you will have no issues with the swivel hitting your desk causing the receiver to not hang up. I got one for every phone in the office, everyone is very happy. It does not change the sound quality at all. Very good price.

I get a crack/pop noise if there's tugging on the cord while in use, but generally this device works well and no more tangles.

These are horrible, bought a pack of them, and all of them make the calls static or you cannot hear them because they go in and out.

These cord detanglers are great when they work! It is hit or miss though. Sometimes they work for 2 years without a problem, and then when replaced, are either defective upon receipt or need to be replaced within a few weeks. I have found no other brand that works any better. Harumph!
