I took 1 the first day. 2 the second day. And 3 the third day. WITH FOOD for all of these days. Today I passed some parasites 😭😭😭. I will not be posting pictures I am soooo disgusted!!!🤢🤢I'm happy to see them out of my body but I am SO grossed out. I'm definitely finishing this bottle and highly recommend doing a 14 day detox (2 Tea bags of dandelion tea, [OR] 2 Tea bags of '3 Ballerina Tea', [OR] Dr. Tobias 2 week colon cleanse [OR] something similar)while you're doing this cleanse to help flush the little demons out. I took my detox pills along with the Paraguard lastnight and the devil spawn came out today (3rd day). I will say my stomach felt weird, definitely some discomfort, gas, tightness and like pins and needles were in it while taking these pills. I also had a burning sensation in my hand on the first 2 days of taking Paraguard. Definitely Herxing. Next time I'm taking DE or Activated charcoal to help with the herxing/die-off symptoms of the parasites. I have relief after the 3rd day now that I see dead parasites in the toilet. I'm still going to continue taking these and I highly recommend them. I bred dogs for a living and would deworm them regularly. But I never dewormed myself. Go figure. This is my third time purchasing Zahler ParaGuard. I previously tried a different brand, but the taste was unbearable—this one is much better. I eat a LOT of fish due to being a Pescatarian so I have to do a Parasite cleanse more often. After taking it as suggested it definitely works! After returning to this brand, I plan to stick with it long-term based on overall quality and effectiveness.

I have only tried it once... lemme me tell you I didn't like the taste. It has an after taste that lingers in your tongue. It tastes bitter and you can taste the oils in it. So why did I put 4 stars? That's how sometimes you know it is organic and pure..it tastes bad , not in a chemical way but pure. I got his in the hopes of helping me with many digestive issues such as gas, bloating, indigestion,constipation, cramping and diarrhea. At the time that I took it, I was constipated and bloated. it somehow helped with the gassy feeling. I would still need to do it on a regular basis to see it's full effect , if any. I will keep you updated. Meanwhile, if I may suggest, have something tasty to drink right after to take this to mask the after taste.

I’m a fitness-minded person in terms of nutrition and exercise. Within reason, I try to make good decisions regarding what I put in my body, hoping the good decisions will compound. Not in a neurotic way that exhausts you, which has become all the rage on social media these days. In a healthy, lasting, scalable way. At some point, the importance of focusing on my gut specifically, and detoxification, was brought to my attention. Damn, I hadn’t really considered this before, thinking great diet alone was enough. So what do you do? Where do you start in a world with so many product options and a lot of conflicting information? You trust social proof, reviews, and ingredients, then you take a chance. This product delivered and has become my go-to product for intestinal system resets and overall health. I ran my first “cycle” upon purchasing in March. I will do so again in a month or two, making this a recurring part of my health routine. I’m 6’4”, 215 lb., and a very bang-for-your-buck kind of person. This product comes at a great value. I began the mild 10 day protocol and had to stop on day 7 due to severe pain that left me unable to walk. It was on my left side under my lower ribs near my spleen. I believe this was due to cramping in my splenic flexture - a large bend in the intestine, near the spleen. The pain began (more sporadic and mild) in the earlier days of the protocol but I chose to proceed anyways. It does seem to be dying down now that I have chosen to stop the herbs. I did not see any significant elimination, but then again I began this as a health measure, not with a solid diagnosis of parasites. I used binders (activated charcoal) as well as milk thistle with this protocol, and I did have some significant immune activation and feelings of sickness (nausea, malaise) around days 3-5. I also have a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and this did cause a mini flare up of autoimmune activity for me (it has since died down). I’ve been through some tough stuff for the sake of my health and will suffer in perseverance with challenging states for long term health, but I’m not quite sure that this one was worth it. I think that time will tell whether I have improved focus and clarity as I don’t see any significant change yet - although I don’t feel any worse (foggier) since I’ve stopped the herbs. I did do a two day water fast in the days before I began the herbs so my system may just have been in a more delicate state. The taste was totally tolerable. I’m not sure that I would do this again. The concern about the pain near my spleen was not fun. Use with caution. They do seem to be powerful, although I’m not sure of exactly what has just occurred in my body.

I don’t know if this stuff is killing parasites but I’ve had constipation and was losing hope and I take this 4x a day and regular as hell. This is good stuff! Tastes gross but works great

First off, apparently a bunch of folks ended up here because of TikTok. I have yet to see a TikTok video in my feed about this. I was searching for some kind of cleanse or something due to chronic bloating and constipation. Like many others, I was told I probably had IBS and given some antispasmodic prescription to take "when needed." I was also told to "reduce stress" as if that's a simple thing to do. If it was easy, we'd all do it. I would literally go a week at at time without a bowel movement and would religiously resort to still softeners or laxatives because it's the only way I could get relief. Even then, I'd go to the bathroom and I never felt "empty" and my stomach was still bloated. Just a backstory: I am 32 years old and have one child. I eat well, excercise, don't smoke and only drink lightly once or twice a week. Drinking is really my only vice in terms of health and I have never had any medical issues other than eczema in my life, other than some injuries from a humvee accident when I was in the military. The point I'm trying to make is that I'm generally healthy and always have been. I stumbled upon this product and began reading the reviews and the more I reflected on my life, I realized that the possibility of me having a parasite or two wasn't that unrealistic. For context, I spent 4 years in the Marines and a lot of that time was spent sleeping in strange places, eating things I probably shouldn't have and being in generally unsanitary conditions. Fast forward a few years, I get out and come home and live back on a farm. I'm constantly around livestock, dogs and cats. All animals I regularly have to work twice a year. Hint, hint. I walk barefoot outside. I work in my garden. I am now a deputy sheriff and have gone into countless homes that are filled with creepies and crawlies and the ability to immediately wash my hands after is not always practical or possible. So, the liklihood of me having parasites after a lifetime of farming, military and police work is oh, so high. I got this product about 5 days ago and I'm not much for measuring by counting drops, so I take about half the dropper full 3 times a day. I have had a regular bowel movement every morning since I started this product and the bloating has disappeared. I even went to a birthday dinner and ate like a cow and still didn't feel bloated and miserable like I typically would. My eczema has even cleared up a bit, going from red patches to being nearly akin colored and just slightly flaky. Now, as far as seeing any actually parasites in the toilet, I cannot attest to that. Mostly because even though I can say that I'm not scared of anything on this earth, I have no desire to dig through my poop and start pulling things out of it, because if I did find something, I honestly think it would freak me out to no end and then I'd have to admit I'm scared of something and that simply won't work for me hahaha. Around day 3 I did have some pretty epic brain fog, but it didn't last more than that day. I've not yet had any other kind of adverse effects. The taste is what I would describe as licking a tree covered in moss, but it's bearable. I just put it in a shot glass with some water, shoot it back and then chase it with something that doesn't taste like the Jungle Book. Either way, I am so happy with this so far and hope it continues to help me.
