I originally ordered the 75cm ball because I'm 6'4" and that's what the chart suggested, but is was too big for my needs. I wanted to use it for core and back exercises, as well as sit on it at my work desk. I felt like the 75cm was just too tall for any of this. I tried back extensions and crunches and both were just awkward and felt unnatural. I then tried sitting at my desk and I couldn't stabilize very well as my feet weren't planted firmly on the floor. I worked with the seller and they offered to swap the 75cm with a 65cm, which I'm happy to report is much better for what I'm using it for. It is just a little too short to sit at my desk comfortably, but I could try adding a little more air to the ball. My legs are bent just below 90 degrees, so maybe a couple inches in height would help me. It's important to note that I weigh 350lbs, which is most definitely causing me to sit lower than someone who weighs less, so keep that in mind. The tape included is very nice when pumping up the ball. The pump itself is not so nice, especially when pumping up the 75cm beast. The handle on the pump is much too small to hold onto comfortably. I ended up using an electric pump to safe time and energy. The hand pump will do the job, but it's a chore. Overall I'm happy with this ball, it's made very well and I feel confident on it even at my weight. I hope this review can help others decide what size ball to get.

If you're looking for a high quality exercise ball, this is the one! I've ordered a few over the years for home, office, cabin, etc and this one is the best yet--by far!! Color actually matches the product pics and the instructions for inflation and use are the best I've ever seen! And the ball wall feels very thick and solid. In addition to the pump, inflator valve pins and removal tool, they also provide a plastic belt to put around the ball to show you when it's properly inflated to the correct size--genius! In addition to all that, they also give very clear instructions and a customer support number to call if you have any questions or problems. And, a very nice exercise guide that shows multiple ways to use the ball for stretching and exercise. Can't recommend this product and company more highly--every Amazon vendor should strive to be this good!!

Easy to fill with air (about 5 minutes) using the provided hand pump. Solid, feels quality and thick

Cheapest well made and long lasting chair replacement. We used to use $400 plus computer chairs. This ball keeps posture up and your core muscles used for balance without thinking about it. It is very hard to slouch while sitting in it. I do stand up once in a while because a back injury has me not sitting/standing still for long, and this is easy to toss into a corner when my office when I stand the desk up. I love the color options and this one has lasted a long time. My kids were tearing up the office chairs from hard wear, and this is a much cheaper replacement until they can take care of chairs.

The ball itself is a great product. Part of the reason I bought this particular product was that it included two additional plugs, a tool to remove the plug, and a small hand pump to add air. I find the plug removal process for the ball we currently have to be cumbersome, and I have damaged the plug over multiple removals for air supplementation. I used one of the plugs to replace the damaged plug in our smaller ball. My one complaint is that I am not able to successfully use the plug removal tool to remove the plugs themselves. The tool is plastic and lacks the strength and integrity to get under the plug and lift it out of place in order to add air. This frustrated me immensely, especially since I failed to get enough air in the new ball upon initial inflation. I couldn't get the plug out using the tool and had to revert to my old (potentially damaging way) of plug removal using a small screw driver to lift the plug and needle nose pliers to pry it out. There's no way that my partner will be able to use the plug removal "tool" and hand pump to add air. I'll continue to have to take it to my shop, get out the aforementioned tools, and add air with my compressor. Can't someone design a reasonably simple way to add air to these ball? What about a needle valve? I've searched high a low for such a thing, and it does not seem to exist.

I ordered the ball because I needed it to compliment my physical therapy after surgery. It has made such a FAST difference in my flexibility and core strength. I ordered the 65 cm ball in red. I could have gotten the smaller ball because I'm 5'3.5", but I went with the larger one so my taller husband could use it as well. It was super easy to use the hand pump and measuring tape to get it ready for my first workout with it. My tolerance for fumes from new products is very low, but the material DID NOT smell strong or give me a headache. The relief of sore muscles in my lower back after being able to stretch them effectively was the first thing I noticed. I also noticed a greater range of motion in my hips and definitely strengthening of my core. This ball and I became fast friends. We will be seeing one another on a daily basis to keep all of these great things going forward.

I bought this when I began working from home and I was worried about sitting still 40 hours a week. I use this as my desk chair. I now work on my core strength all day long five days a week! It was easy to inflate and seems as if it will last a long time. Very sturdy. My only fear is that I will go flying off of it while on a work call!
