They are machine washable in a laundry bag gentle/handwash cycle. Tumble dry in the laundry bag on low.

They're a bit snug, so as to hold all your hair back; but not tight.

Not quite an adult size!

My second purchase of these bands. I find that they are NOT true to size for some adults. These are more for children unless your head never caught up with the rest of you. If they are truly for an adult then they should fit perfectly with tugging at your head. I found them to be somewhat uncomfortable. If they had some Velcro that would make them more adjustable your head. They are soft I must say and the colors in this PKG are real pretty. I wouldn't want to keep one on for a long time though. They should make a size chart for these things.
