I bought this to write reminder notes on for my new job as a nurse in the treatment facility. I figure I’ll just wear it on my wrist and instead of grabbing my notebook I would just flip it open and be reminded. It’s been helpful.

This is exactly what my grandson wanted for his birthday...sort of. He is small, even for an 8 year old. I was concerned that it would not fit but it does! What he was really looking forward to was practicing PLAYS with the neighborhood kids. Even though the pictures on the listing all feature the wristband WITH plays, THIS DOES NOT COME WITH INSERTS. And you cannot buy a single set of inserts - only the $20 multipack. Why can you buy a single wristband but not single pack of plays? So BOO for what is misleading advertising. I'm creative so we'll figure out how to draw/print/find our own plays but it felt like giving only half a gift. Otherwise, well made - he'll love it once I get him the rest of it.

Good item smaller than originally thought this is not for high school girls . 14 U softball 7th grade football at most. That’s a maybe if they are small players.
