Q: What diffusser should I purchase with this hairdryer

Only the official ghd diffuser fits this dryer, it's the one for the GHD Air but it comes with an adapter so it also fits the helios.

Q: How hot is it on highest heat setting please? My last hairdryer was so hot I daren’t use it!

Not totally sure the heat temp on full but this is the best hair dryer I have ever had . I use it daily in combination with ghd platinum straightners . This is a professional dryer so can't see it damaging your hair I have thin hair and doesn't give me any reason for concern hope this helps.

Q: I have been received my Helios but no cellophane cover over the box just 4 strips of sellotape. A replacement was true same. Should it be like this?

No it should not ,I purchased mine some time ago but it’s a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, if it had arrived like that I would have sent ig back !
