It's great! I love Hawkins pressure cookers. I also think they're easier to use than rice cookers or instant pots. This particular size, 1.5 liters, is good for one to two people. But if you want to cook for three people, better to get the 2 liter one or bigger. But for my purposes a 1.5 l is great.

This is really a high quality item. Made well, heavy duty quality construction. I can't say enough about it. As for cooking; after reading the directions one time we have had perfect results each time and we have used it every day since the 27th of December. today is the 8th of January 2024 . My wife has been able to adjust how something cooks based on the directions and this little 1.5 liter cooker makes plenty for the two of us. if you are looking for a pressure cooker, I highly reccomend the Hawkins brand. We are extremely satisfied.

This is a nice little pan with a thick, solid bottom. Had I known I could put only 1 liter of food in this cooker I would have bought a bigger one, especially since all the recipes are for a 6 liter cooker. Also the lip around the top of the pan makes it hard to get the food out. I could probably get a spoon into a bigger cooker and then this wouldn't be an issue.

The Hawkins 1.5 Litre Pressure Cooker is well constructed and works fine, but it was smaller than I expected. That was my fault for not getting the size right. If you need a small cooker, it's perfect, but make sure it's what you need before buying!

This unit is dangerous. Washing, it prior to use, discovered the inside rim very sharp and could injure your hand. Trying to put lid on for use extremely difficult. Must put lid on, by actually putting it in the cooking liquid and then bringing up dripping and hard to snap in place. Scary bring up to cooking. Loud and blasts of escaping steam. Followed directions explicitly. After cooking, removing lid difficult, and takes some force to unsnap the lid. We poured liquid off and threw the entire set in garbage! There is a learning curve as the lid doesn't sit clamped on top as is customary. The lid slightly scoops into the pot and then turns to clamp the handles together. I feel this is a brilliant design and lessens the possibility for explosion. I have been using it daily since delivery at the end of 5/24 and very happy with it. The only improvement I could ask for would be replacement handles that are silicone coated instead of plastic to allow use over a small campfire.

I returned once I realize it was made out of aluminum. Prefer steel.

Demasiado pequeña muy poco espacio para preparar soy sola pero es muy pequeña la ollita parece de juguete

Cocina mucho mas rápido q ollas de presión normales, quizá por chiquita, quizá por que sello y valvula son muy eficientes. Super para antojos : frijoles ya, ahorita, sin tener q hacer litros y litros. Salen dos porciones en 18 mins y no tienes q comprometerte a comer frijoles toda la semana. No es pesada estorbosa y ademas el diseño esta hermoso. Queda como de guerra de sucia, pero se lava muy fácil y vuelve a quedar como nueva. No es necesario tallar con fibras abrasivas.

Good quality and easy to use and fast cooking, especially useful to cook for children for their desired stuff. Great use for single person who are on journey or lonely.
