Since our immune system thrives or suffers in our gut having quality gut bacteria is essential to quality health. This is a good start. I've used multiple brands (yes, including the ridiculously expensive 'must be refrigerated or won't be effective kind' which I'm not convince at all is true). It's hard to put your figure on precise (scientific) results from any one brand - but if you're paying attention you CAN tell a lot by how you're feeling.I'm generally in very good health and strive to eat well most of the time, but like many indulged over the Christmas holidays and sure felt the result of that. People often don't make the correlation but I believe it's often why we start getting sick, or feeling run down come January. I have been pleased with the results since I started taking SuperBio. The capsules are very easy to swallow...I take them around the time that I start my morning workout, as I drink plenty of water while doing that. I haven't yet poured the contents into a drink, as I mostly drink water, but having the ability to do that defintely makes them more versatile.The product is a cost-effective way to get the benefits of prebiotics and probiotics, and I'm happy with the digestion-related benefits since I started!

I have a very hectic schedule and my eating habits are irregular at best.
