Will it take a ltr bottle

Yes ive got a 1.75 litre bottle on it as i type this so a ltr bottle would be fine.

Is this sturdy or not? Good quality?

It is built well and it is quite heavy. Looks good quality. When filling the glass it does tip back a little bit.

Does the optic come a bottle of jack daniels?

It’ll take most bottles, depending on height etc. wouldn’t purchase it though, terrible quality for the price. Just get a normal drinks/ optic holder.
