As with most of their products it's a good product. However I should have ordered one with a shorter shank length.

Read the review for how to install
Good quality for the price, It requires 400 ft/lbs torque to install and as my torque wrench only goes to 185 I was stumped. My mechanic would torque it for $50 so I looked online and physics actually helped me on this one. If you take the 1 7/8 open end wrench I bought here which is 2ft long and take my 250lb body and jump up and down on it sideways in the hitch you get 400lbs and save money have a way to remove it etc
