Bought two toliet seats. Sturdy and well-built. We spent more for quality seats and these fit the bill. Heavy and sturdy rather than a cheaper model that will fail in the long run. Better and more bumpers for support that did not last with the cheaper brand. These are worth the money, easy to install and besides being well-built, we are very pleased with tbe purchase of two. Spend more. It is worth it.

I admired this toilet seat every day and everyone remarked that it was very nice. I always put the seat top down gently and I instructed visitors to do so as well. Tonight I lifted the whole thing to clean it and noticed the right side metal hinge snapped right in the middle where the screw is. Very disappointed. I never loved a toilet seat as much as I did this one. So elegant and matches my mirror. Will have to get a toilet seat if I can't fix it UPDATE: still struggling with this. Taped it , have to retape every day. I gave up.

I should have upgraded to a wooden seat years ago! This one is working out just fine. I made a lot of upgrades to my tiny little bathroom last year, and this toilet seat was one of my very best decisions. Great value, easy to install, holding up very well.

I was hesitant to buy this because of the reviews showing the hinges coming off but that has yet to happen to me. I've had this for about a month and haven't noticed it so much as getting loose on me. Looks good and has been solid. It's slightly glossier than what you see in the picture but it looks great and will most likely blend with age. The only defect I noticed was a tiny rain drop size chip underneath but I just used some wood marker on it and its not noticeable (not that it was to begin with). Installation was super easy, considering i've never been very handy with tools. So far I am happy with it. I will update should it give me any problems. Update: 1 year later with zero issues (and I am a heavy dude, so that speaks to the sturdiness this product has shown).

This is the best toilet seat of its kind that I have ever purchased. Similar seats available at big box stores fall apart within a matter of months. I have an antique, high-tank toilet and have almost regretted having it installed because of the poor quality seats that are made to fit it. Absolutely durable and long-lasting. I highly recommend this toilet seat.

Have had this toilet seat a few days. Installation was simple on my ~15 yo Mansfeld round toilet, but I have installed other toilet seats and found this installation no more or less challenging. The appearance is nice so far. The wood veneer is nice looking and comparable to other common brands of toilet seats. In terms of the color, mine is fairly accurate to the photos, I feel. The hinges look nice enough too, time will tell if the "will not rust" claims hold true. I have no issues regarding slip resistance. Now for what could be better. For this price, soft close hinges would be nice. The other thing I notice about the hinges are they feel and sound grindy. It's LIKE there's sand or something in the hinges, and I have had no other toilet seats ever be that way. I assume while nicely finished where we can see, perhaps where we can't see things are not quite as polished.
