The Phenom is AMAZING! Got my start with a buddy about two months ago. We have go deep into this pumping. I give it 5 stars on how great it feels and how thick and long I get. I'm already filling the tube to the ends and in thickness. HOWEVER, I give this very poor marks on tube length between the cylinder and hand pump. Needs more length.... at least 3-4 inches more

This is a great started pump at a great price. HOWEVER, this photo is TOTALLY misleading regarding how much tubing you get. They only sent about 5” of tubing. This is completely inadequate.You will need to buy additional tubing ($10.00) and you are going to have to buy a wider cylinder ($19.00+) eventually.

I was always intrigued about whether or not penis pumps had any beneficial effects and purchased this one after seeing a video about some study that indicated there was a measurable benefit. I chose this model to buy based on its construction and materials quality. In that respect it does deliver. It is very well made although the hose has a tendency to disconnect at the chamber top. It is much less secure than it should be.As for use and results, I'm very disappointed. Since there is no gasket at the chamber bottom, it quickly gets painful to use so I have to start lifting the chamber to prevent it from grinding into my public bone. The suction can be raised to a very high level but tends to leak badly unless you trim the hairs around the penis and use something like coconut oil or petroleum jelly to improve the seal. Once properly sealed, this pump can really apply significant vacuum suction and it's important to ensure that your testicles are well away from the chamber opening unless you want an extremely painful experience.After figuring out how to safely get an effective seal, I found out there were still some issues and a lack of results for me:1) It had no effect on my flaccid penis whatsoever in producing an erection. Not even in the slightest. This was a major disappointment.2) Although an erect or partially erect penis did slightly enlarge both diameter and length under suction, it instantly shrank after removing from the unit. Improving erection quality was the primary goal I had for this product and it proved worthless for me in that regard.3) It was so painful to use due to the pressure of the chamber on my skin and public bone that I couldn't leave it in place for very long and subsequently stopped using it. I had to resist the pressure by countering it with my hand pulling up on the chamber but it still hurt the skin as it was sucked into the unit. I really didn't apply all that much vacuum, just enough to see the penis lengthen and enlarge.Maybe I'm an exception, but this thing really didn't work for me as designed.

The suction is horrible. This pump doesn't allow you to pump up enough pressure in your penis. I feel like I waisted my money. The manufacturer sent me replacement parts at no cost but problem still exists. Guess it's just not as good as I thought it would be.
