We ordered these as a suggestion by my 9-year-old daughters keyboard teacher. So far it was a wonderful decision as these are the first books my daughter looks forward to working from. Excellent curriculum and good for ease of use. Challenging yet fun. I highly recommend.

My piano teacher in the 90s used these with me. I am now using them with my eight year old. I wouldn't change a thing. They are very well-thought-out and clear to understand. I adore that they pretty quickly introduced both right and left hand, reading treble and bass clefs, which is an advantage. I also like that they have theory and technique, which my mom liked that I got; she did not have that in her piano lessons in the 60s. The price is definitely right on each of these books!

I like the way lessons are arranged. If followed as intended the child or adult will learn how to read and play the piano in no time.I used this to teach my 8 year old granddaughter how to read and play the piano.
