Poor packaging
Rice came in a large box with another item, they did not wrap it or protect it. By the time I got it, it was opened and rice was all over the box. When I picked it up, the rice went flying everywhere through the cracks. Amazon did accept my return as it was damaged. But after tasting this rice it was great, very sticky and tasted so good. Great quality rice. It’s a bit expensive but great for mango rice. Took about 50 min in my rice cooker.

Package came opened!
The box arrived half way ripped opened and when I fully opened it, the secure clear plastic was open and the bag was open as well!

Best sticky rice
I bought this due to an influencers recommendation. Such a great product. I’m making sticky mango rice now almost weekly, so easy!

Makes mediocre rice 100 times better.
Delicious. Add 1/4th cup for every cup of mediocre rice and it will make it taste wonderful.

Poor packaging
The bag of rice was completely open in the shipping box and spilled out through a hole in the shipping box. I will be cleaning up rice from my car, couch, and floor for some time.
