Plant therapy tension relief is absolutely great, I have myofacial pain syndrome/I get tight muscles all n my neck area/shoulders trapezius area with weather fronts/bad weather and even with anxiety, stress/tension as a college student/with test/exams my muscles really wreak havoc on me/all 5 of my lumbar are slipped disc/I get sciatica n my right gluteal area/down my right leg/have a slipped disc n my neck as well. This product is a God sent gift 2 me. I can put it on at night/the very next morning all the Knotts n my neck/shoulders are gone/the sciatic pain is gone. I apply it 2 the painful areas including down my right leg/gluteal area/low back/my neck/shoulders believe me u it works I'm soon glad I read the reviews it really does work very fast. It does make me sleepy/helps me sleep. Be careful using it during the day or it can make u feel sleepy, it all depends on how many drops u use. I mix it with fractionated coconut oil and sometimes I add extra peppermint oil it helps with the pain. Great product, great company I wIll definitely buy this product from this company again. Thanks so much 4 such a great product. This has saved me/kept me from having 2 get those darn corticosteroids shots which r so painful. Now I just use this oil/no more shots.

Another Plant Therapy winner! My shoulders tighten up just using the computer. I keep 5% diluted Tension Relief roller bottles of this at my computer, by my TV chair, by my bed to use just before going to bed. Any twinge of pain in my shoulders is almost instantly relieved with this essential oil blend. Age and weakness (chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia) contribute to my frequent shoulder pain, but Plant Therapy has me covered. and it smells so nice!

WOW! This oil really works. I get the worse migraine headaches due to neck, shoulder, and middle of back muscle tension. Pounding head, hot/cold sweats, then finally throwing up for hours. I usually pray for death when these occur. No way I thought this would work. Massive amounts of Ibuprofin do not even touch it (if I can keep it down). Purchased this, felt tension building and migraine coming on. I rubbed this on full strength, layed down and shortly after that, pain gone. Couldn't believe it. Nature at it's best. I will say that this works for me as long as I use it before I am in full blown migraine, but may work for someone else at any stage along the dark path of a migraine. This oil does not burn on my skin like some muscle creams I have tried to use that did not help, and I found if I rub a little water on my skin a couple of hours after I apply the oil, it has a nice cooling effect. That always feels amazing. I have not had to spend one day since using this oil praying to the porcelain God in agonizing head pain. Hope it will work for others as well as it has for me!

I liked this scent. Did notice the mint coming through stronger than most. Didn’t relieve my headache but was a nice, clean fragrance. Packaged well.

Smells great. I add it to my laundry along with my scent free detergent so that it makes a nice, gentle smell. Also add it to baking soda and sprinkle it on the carpet and vacuum after about twenty minutes for a fresh smell.

Smell is just wonderful with like 12 different oils in this synergy and helps out a lot with headaches as advertised. I have researched all these essential oil companies with ridulous prices like youngs etc which is just robbery. I don't know honestly where this oil comes from but who really cares if it works for your problems like it did mine. In my opinion this oil worked just as well if not better then some other expensive brands that costed me over 50-60$ I don't care if it's handpicked by the pope and grows in a isolated field in the middle of nowhere no oil should cost more than 20-30$ with all the modern day extraction equipment that's being used. You could say some brands hold more monoatomic elements but unless your taking them internally what's the point of paying 80$ when you can get such an amazing synergistic stack like plant therapy uses.great product and I will order again!

It makes everyine in the room sleepy. It gave me a headache the 1st night but after that it was comforting

I really love the smell of this. You can't help but take a deep relaxing breath when you smell it. It isn't overwhelming to me or too strong and I am sensitive to strong smells as they give me migraines. This I just love. I've yet to use it in my diffuser but I've been carrying it around in my bag and will take it out a take a big whiff of it when I'm feeling stressed. I have also found a few unique ways to use it. With my office being warm and muggy I've started putting a few drops on the end of a tissue and hanging the end over my little desk fan so the smell just wafts around me. I had a headache the other day when I was driving so I put a few drops into my car's A/C vent and it made my car smell wonderful. I just really love this stuff!

Bought for mom.. Bt doesn't works for her migraine.. As she is elergic to its smell.. It triggers the pain
