I got this to use while lifting. At some point i started clenching my mouth, probably a bit of grinding there too. Anyway, it does what i wanted it for and my teeth are better for it.

I messed up and put it too hot off water but I was able to fix it worked great for me through academy training

Extremely uncomfortable, would not form properly, by far the worst mouth guard I've ever purchased. Definitely would not recommend. If I could give it negative stars I would. Needless to say it's in the trash.
