I have been using this product for about 2 months. Works as designed and have not had any issues with it so far. Have had not one single phone cord tangle since install. Product is of a nice quality and do not see any blemishes or damage on them.

I purchased several. They worked fine for a few weeks and then started crackling making communication very difficult. I'm shopping for another brand.

Fixed phone cord tangle problem

This is the second time I've used these. I was given a set from a coworker to test and it has saved me a ton of time detangling my phone cord and didn't affect call connection quality at all (using VOIP so not perfect to begin with).Sadly the lifespan/durability isn't what I'd hope for. The first set (that he purchased) lasted about a year before it suddenly started cutting out calls (for us it was the speaker that would cut out, those on the other end still heard our microphones), so now we're trying a second set and will update the review once we hit that point to see how this set lasts.Overall, still a good value for $4/year to save the detangling time.
