Rinse, if I remember. It's been a while since I last bought this.

Is it safe to wear foundation after using this product ?

I usually use this product at night or when I am not going anywhere. It makes my face red. I moisturize and sleep. Your good to go in a few hrs.

where do I find the exp. date on product?

I looked over the box and the products inside the box and I do not see an expiration date anywhere on anything. I am assuming maybe since the amount is so small, it will be used up before it expires.
