This is a beautiful, sweet baby ball. I have ordered several in the last few years to give as newborn baby presents. I was an early childhood educator for 35 yrs. It's important to me to give quality gifts for the youngest and most precious. This ball is soft, washable (use free and clear laundry soap - no scent), safe - highly recommended.

Our baby loves this ball! It has different textures which keeps her interested in playing with it longer. There’s a squeaker and rattle hidden in it that also keeps her entertained. Added bonus is it is machine washable, an essential for babies!

I bought this as a dupe for the lovevery toy and I am extremely surprised by the quality of this item. My baby is 3 months and loves seeing the colors and feeling the different textures on this ball. I wash all of my babies toys before she uses them, I did put it in the washer and dryer and it come out in the same condition I put it in, so I am very happy with the quality. Overall, great item.

Stimulating colors, soft and easy to grab

Pros: The colors/patterns are very nice and vibrant, even after numerous washes. The different pieces of the ball are very well stitched and sturdy. The rattle, squeaky toy and crinkle paper are nice touches. FYI, the rattle and squeaky toy are hidden within the different fabrics. The HABA tag (which is the manufacturer) can be used to hang this ball on a car seat or stroller with a pacifier/toy strap. Cons: The ball has product tags stitched into the it, takes away from the aesthetic of the ball. 5 of the 8 sensory effect strip fabrics have started pilling. Meaning, little lint balls on the surface. The are ways to get rid of this, but it's an additional thing to deal with. Also, there are a total of 6 different sensory effect strips from what I can tell, there are two sets of the same crinkle paper and two sets of another fabric which is the same. The patterns/colors are all different though. I think it's pricey, but that's subjective to the buyer. There doesn't seem to be another sensory ball on Amazon, so I guess if you want one, this is the go to for your child. Overall: I'm not disappointed in the product, my child has just started to grasp objects, so she hasn't really been able to play with this. In the end, that is the ultimate factor in whether it was a good purchase or not. The review is more to highlight different aspects of the product itself. Suggestions: Add a regular fabric tag (outside of the HABA tag) so that the ball can be hung on car seats/strollers with a strap. I'm not sure how durable the HABA tag is, but an additional one would be beneficial for those who want to use the ball as a hanging toy for their child. Add more surprise elements within the other 5 fabrics. A squishy element within one the fabrics, a bean bag style effect in another fabrics, etc. It just adds to the sensory element of the ball, not just the fabric texture, but what is felt within the fabrics can be sensed as well.

We love it!

This ball is great for our 4 month old baby. He’s just starting to get more interested in toys and we included this in his Christmas stocking. His hands are just big enough to hold it (gripping the separate segments). The colours and patterns are nice. Different sounds and textures make it a great early sensory toy- without being overly stimulating. Overall, I’m very pleased with this. My only pet peeve is with the tag being sewn in- I would prefer a tear away tag that would be easier to remove.

Io e mio marito siamo fautori del metodo Montessori e abbiamo acquistato questa palla di stoffa arcobaleno per nostra figlia, che è in arrivo, in quanto è uno strumento in grado di sviluppare le abilità visive, tattili, uditive, fino-motorie e oculo-manuali, la capacità prensile e la coscienza del rapporto causa-effetto tra il movimento della mano e il suono prodotto dalla palla. La palla è composta da otto spicchi ognuno dei quali è rivestito da un tessuto di differenti colori e fantasie (due a tinta unita, due a righe, uno a pois, uno a fiori), con diverse texture e consistenze (jeans, cotone, tessuto impermeabile, velluto, tessuto a rete, ecc ecc). Inoltre uno degli spicchi presenta al suo interno una piccola trombetta di gomma, altri carta scrosciante, un altro un sonaglio, altri spicchi, invece, sono caratterizzati da un'imbottitura morbida e non emettono alcun tipo di suono. Gli spicchi della palla sono molto facili da afferrare e la palla è molto facile da scuotere e da manipolare.
