Can this film be use for a polaroid land 103 camera?

No. I-type film is for newer polaroid cameras and the impossible I-1. It does not replace peel apart film or roll film such as fujifilm fp-100c.

Is this compatible with the polaroid pop?

No, this film will only work with i-Type cameras like the OneStep 2, OneStep+ and the Polaroid Now.
