They are but only half of mine worked first time.

Depends on the size of the bag and the size of the drawer. I doubt a Jumbo size bag would fit though.

These bags are printed with stripes. Different sizes are printed with stripes of different colors. So You cannot see things through the bag.

Q: Can these be rolled up or kept flat? I see some other seller's vacuum bags can do either. Thanks

They are pretty large bags, would be difficult to roll up when filled.
