Boxing is by far the best striking system ever developed by man.It is thousands of years old going back to the Greeks and Romans.There are no phonies in boxing.They get sorted out yesterday.In martial arts there are tons of sham artists and hucksters.Not in boxing.Merciless Ray Mercer was Heavyweight Champion of the world.In this video he covers the bare basics that made him champ.I liked his sincerity and his approach.
