Sea to Summit Travelling Light Ultra-SIL 20-Liter Travel Day Pack (Lime Green)

This pack came in a self contained pouch rolled up to about the size of one sock. I couldn't believe a pack could be inside. To tell you the truth, I thought I had been had. But as I opened it up, suddenly a scrunched up backpack appeared.The material appears strong and waterproof/resistant. The only drawback I can see is there are no exterior attachment areas to clip a coat on or anything else, but I can sew something on very easily. This is truly a minimalist set up. Looks just perfect to carry inside my main backpack to use on base camp excursions when I want to have something small and very light to carry my water bottle, water filter, food, poncho and a light jacket on a day hike. Total weight 2.61 oz. Obviously it is not meant to lug around anything heavy, but will be a lightweight replacement for a 1.5 lb. day-pack that I've currently been stuffing inside my main pack for day hikes.If your intention is like mine, to use as a lightweight day hike backpack to use from a base camp, then I think you'll be impressed.

Worked as advertised and expected. It wasn’t as soft as expected but was sturdy. I had trouble getting it back into the pouch. I used it to pack in my suitcase for flying then expanded it for souvenirs and other things because I was taking a train home. Fulfilled it’s purpose perfectly.

I bought this day pack to use as a "purse" in a recent trip to India and it worked perfectly. It doesn't weight and the load each day was light because I carried only what I was going to use that day while visiting historical sights and temples. It's the perfect size plus when not in use it can be reduced and pack in a tinier inch & a half bag & store away.

These little packs are great for traveling...tough, but don't take up much space to pack.

Great light weight travel backpack. Not ideal as primary for long trips but great to tuck away for short treks.

Outstanding, I put backpack tent in this. Then use it for day hikes while on backpack trips. it weighs barely anything. A must have for backpacking.

This bag is great! It packs up so small and is super light. Perfect for traveling to fit your souvenirs that just won't seem to fit in your luggage.

Herrlich leicht und Mini-klein im verpackten Zustand. Für den schnellen Einkauf zwischendurch oder beim Camping der ideale Begleiter.Man traut dem Material weniger zu als es tatsächlich aushält. Dennoch ist es sicher nicht das Mittel der Wahl um seine Getränke-Einkäufe komplett damit zu tragen.
