From all the research I've done, I found that a face cleanser for ALL is meant to be GENTLE, suitable for all skin times, & should NOT foam & lather. Most people are used to cleansers that foam & leave their skin feeling super clean, but the reason it's left feeling that way is because foamy cleaners do strip the skin of necessary oils. This cleanser is super gentle & creamy, yet it DOES cleanse. It removes all my makeup, even my mascara easily with NO BURNING! I've never found a face wash that I could also wash my eyes with, until now! The beauty of this cleanser is that you can use it without wetting your face first. You gently rub it into your skin using circular motions & it then breaks down makeup so that any makeup can be easily removed. I then am able to rinse it off with water because we have great water pressure in our shower, but if you're washing at your sink just use a damp cloth to gently wipe everything away. I am so glad this cleanser does not contain harsh ingredients or foam up & leave my skin stripped. It actually moisturizers my skin while I wash, & hello.. It removes even eye makeup! :) The bottle is 4 oz which is not huge so know that before you buy, but the price is well worth this wonderful cleanser, & I found that a little bit gets the job done! You can choose to buy big bottles of face wash off the shelf for super cheap, but I guarantee you the ingredients will be pretty awful. :/ Check out these ingredients, they're awesome! Green tea is an antioxidant which is great for the skin, & everything about lavendar is wonderful. The scent is very light & fresh. I LOVE IT!

This Face Wash has a wonderfully pleasant scent and makes my face feel beautifully clean after its use. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is purely based on personal preference. I love things to be "sudsy" and lather really fully. This does not. I knew that going into my purchase because it is well stated in the reviews and descriptions, so there were no surprises there. I just personally prefer a different consistency.Overall, if that is what you prefer...this is an amazing product. The smell is pleasant and it leaves your face feeling wonderfully refreshed and clean!

I have very sensitive skin and was attracted to this product due to numerous reviewers saying it is both effective and gentle. I can verify that it is gentle; my face did not turn red or break out from its use. However, it really did not clean my face. No matter how much product I used, whether I used a washcloth or not, or put it on dry skin (customer service suggested I do the latter items), it did not even remotely take off my make up. I am not a heavy make up user-some foundation, blush, and mascara-that's it. The only thing it removed it was the mascara. If you actually wear make up, this is probably not the right fit for you.

I really wanted to like and use this face wash, with all the wonderful natural ingredients and great customer service from an awesome mom and pop company. And all was going well; for about a week...Then I started to break out. Badly.My face suddenly got oily from it as well, around day 6. I stuck it out for a few days AFTER the breakouts started, but they only got worse. I do have acne prone skin, but it did say it wouldn't cause breakouts, so I wanted to give it a try, and then some. So now it's back to benzoyl peroxide washes, the only thing that ever worked for me, and I'm already clearing up again.About once a year, I try something new and natural, since I I don't like using products with chemicals in them, especially as I age. But once again, I have yet to find a natural product that keeps my acne under control and doesn't cause breakouts. I'd also like to note, the face wash is a very thin cream, so you have to use quite a bit to cover your entire face (and I did wash with a dry face). I was down to nearly half a bottle in a little over a week. Just thought I would mention that because it can get a little pricey since it runs out so fast.If anyone knows of a natural cleanser that keeps acne under control, I'd love to hear it!I hope this review was helpful. I love LilyAna's facial cream, so was delighted to try the cleanser. I prefer natural products that don't have heavy or unpleasant scents. LilyAna's certainly meets that criteria. I rated the cleanser with 3 stars, because I felt it was okay, but I didn't love it. I prefer a sudsy face wash. This cleanser is more like a cream that requires using a washcloth (not my thing). When the company wrote me to see how I liked the product, I gave them feedback and they immediately gave me a refund. I like to buy from companies that have great customer service, and will continue to buy LilyAna's other products.

I have had this product for a just about a month, and after nightly use, I am ready to leave my feedback.This face wash is the best cleanser I have every used in my life, which is saying a lot because I feel like I have used every product out there. The last year-year and half I have been trying to go more natural with the products I use on my skin, and after finding this wash I know I will buy it again and again, regardless of the price. It is worth it to me, and my skin. I am someone who has suffered from chronic acne most of my life, and I can say with absolute certainty that this face wash has not only helped keep my face clean from breakouts, but I'm not suffering like I have in the past. Most cleansers I have used work for 2 weeks and then quit working, but not this one. Not only does it cleanse, but it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized after every wash.And for all those curious out there - this really does remove all of your makeup. Just apply to your skin, dry, rub it in and rinse. That's it. The aid of washcloth is nice, but not necessary.If you decide to buy, enjoy it, it really is the best product out there.
