Dissolve in your mouth or you can bite into them and swallow very quickly. The taste is neither here nor there. Slight berry but nothing drastic. Certainly not as bad as cough syrup (which I can never keep down). Excellent value for the price with 12mg each you're sure to get a good nights rest on one. I started with two because I have a high tolerance to most things. Like I said, 3 max is all I've had to take to be out within 20 minutes. You only need one tablet to do the trick. You may think 12mg is a lot, but it's not. We also use the other option of 5mg and there are times when we'll use 2 tablets instead of one. This takes care of that. The taste is great, it dissolves quickly and is very effective in sleeping through the night and not feeling groggy upon waking. I try to switch melatonin products so I don't get too immune to them, and I have to say, this one really is our favorite. We have used it during travel and use it nightly to help give us the extra boost we need to sleep soundly, and yes, we both sleep very soundly with this product.

This stuff works for the most part, but i unfortunately experienced pretty bad headaches, nausea, and extended drowsiness the following day. 4his was consistent after a couple of weeks trying it on and off. If you get these be wary of the potential side effects.
