These are hands down the easiest fish oil supplements I’ve ever taken. The minis are small and go down easily, which I love because most fish oil pills I’ve tried are huge and honestly pretty disgusting. The strawberry flavor is mild and pleasant, and best of all no nasty fishy burps afterward. That alone makes these a win for me. I’ve tried a lot of omega-3 supplements over the years and usually stop taking them because of the size or aftertaste, but these are actually enjoyable to use daily. If you’ve avoided fish oil because of big capsules or burps, these are 100% worth trying.

These are great. They are a good quality. No fish burps. I have used them consistently for 6 months plus. I would say they help with mood, memory, and joint pain. They are on the smaller side which is a great bonus.

What I like: • Size: “Mini” is accurate — much easier than the usual horse-pill omega-3s. • Taste/aftertaste: I don’t get fishy burps. If anything, I notice a light strawberry burp occasionally (not my favorite, but better than fish). • Quality feel: No weird smell or rancid taste, and the ingredients are clean (non-GMO / no artificial colors, etc.). What kept it from 5 stars: • Price: Great product, but it’s on the expensive side, especially if you’re taking 2 per day. • Shipping/texture issue: My bottle arrived with the softgels stuck together in a clump (likely heat during shipping). It wasn’t ruined, but it was annoying. Tip: I put the bottle in the fridge for a bit and gently separated them, then stored it in a cool place going forward. • Swallowing note: Even though they’re small, the softgel surface isn’t super “slick.” If you’re very sensitive, taking it with food (or with something like applesauce/yogurt) can make it easier. Bottom line: If you want a high-quality omega-3 that’s easy to swallow and doesn’t give fishy aftertaste, these are a solid choice. I’m giving 4 stars because the cost + occasional clumping makes it harder to recommend without reservations.
