This product was perfect for me, at a very nice price. I needed a power strip to organize the cords and plugs for the kitchen appliances on my counter. This strip had sufficient plugs; it is sturdily built (I did not want a long cord); and, the price was right. It also has two features which I find particularly useful: (1) It has a built in 15 amp circuit breaker. The main circuit that has my appliances on it is 15 amps, and it serves both the kitchen outlets as well as the circuits in my den that my computer and peripherals are plugged into. I had problems if I (stupidly) ran both the coffee pot and the toaster, plus the microwave, which would trip the main circuit breaker and knock out both the kitchen appliances and all my computer equipment (requiring a trip to the box in the basement). Hopefully, the built in circuit breaker in the power strip will "trip" before the main circuit breaker "trips," allowing the computer and peripherals to continue running even if the appliances don't (i.e., just reset the strip instead of the main circuit breaker); and (2) The plugs are situated sideways for grounded plugs. This provides flexibility if you have devices with AC/DC converters or other "bulky" plugs. You don't lose lose access to plugs by covering them up.I would say this is an excellent product, at a very good price, and I would recommend it.

When I ordered this I thought it was just an outlet strip, I really prefer having a surge protector because I need it for my laptop as well. It was an emergency situation and this met my pocketbooks needs at the time. Behold when I opened the box it was what I really needed. The price you can't beat, ( I caught it on sale), no complaints here. The color black is sleek and it vibes better with my rooms decor then the previous white I had before. I will be getting another! Yesterday was a very bad thunderstorm, lights flickered and all however if things did go out I feel I would have been protected!

These side plug in power strips are made by Eaton Corp. (outsourced to China) and are the best I havefound to date for the money. I use this type of strip for plugging in easy switches to control various musicdevices and each strip will hold three easy switches and the wall wart (power supply) that it shuts on and off.Inline strips just don't do it.They are sturdy and mount well using pan head screws of the correct head diameter.I bought three, but would buy more if needed.

The perfect power strip. Plug input off to the side rather than in-line for power adapters that take space. Lightweight for travel. Shame they discontinued.

Product received was of good quality. It looks better than the off-white ones when trying to blend with a black entertainment cetner. Very pleased with the purchase.

Normal power strip. nothing bad. nothing special. just what i needed.

Inexpensive and works great, have been using for over 5 years now with NO issues.
