Overall a nice knife, sharp out of the box, good size for edc, 425 steel never had a knife in that steel let’s see how it goes. Looks to be pretty corrosion resistant but always keep your knives oiled. The value you get for the price you pay I think it’s ok. The finish it’s ok there might be some irregularities but it won’t affect the function. This is a cutting tool not an axe to bring down trees. I would not consider it a bushcraft knife either. It has a high grind it makes it a good slicer, I would consider it for food prep if necessary. It’s a utility knife with a novelty type of presentation. I think this knife deserves almost 5 stars but there are some things that kept that from happening. One is the sheath, it is functional but the retention it’s just ok. There is no pocket/belt clip on the sheath, you can buy aftermarket ones that fit but that is not the point; the knife feels incomplete. The handle is thin and on the slippery side. You can just wrap some paracord and it will improve the grip; it will lose its look but the handling will be better. So I would say this falls in the 3.5-4 stars.

Daily unit and is a hit at work when everyone laughs about the “wrench” in my pocket. The sheath has great retention, but still draws smoothly.

Great knife

I received my Kabar Wrench Knife yesterday and when I took it out of the package, I found a very sharp burr on the back of the blade (with my thumb). Overall, I like the knife, but for the price, it seems they sold me one out of the damaged or "seconds" lot. Do better Kabar.

I had been searching for a knife to carry while at work. I work in the trades, so it's always good to have a knife on you for various utility tasks. I came across this knife on YouTube and had to buy it. When I received the knife, I was instantly pleased with the unique look to the knife. It is very inconspicuous in my work bag and is indistinguishable from a regular tool. The build quality overall is very nice, there was only a few cosmetic blemishes between the blade and handle. I am not mad considering the low price compared to other knives. The sheath has nice retention and the blade definitely won't be falling out. The blade is snug in the sheath. It's also easy to draw the knife with the thumb grip on the sheath. My really only complaints about the knife are grip and the sharpness from the factory. The grip of the knife isn't bad but If you tend to wear gloves often I would recommend wrapping in paracord to form some grip, but overall is pretty comfortable to hold without. The sharpness from the factory isn't great, but isn't bad. It cannot shave hair off my arm, but isn't dull. I will be taking it to get sharpened. I will update eventually to report on the weather on the knife and or rust.
