This is one of the many favorite purple shampoo I like to use. Does work depending on how light your hair is to tame the brassiness. I appreciate the cap that dispenses the shampoo. It does dry out my hair but that’s probably because my hair is slightly damaged so after every wash, I follow up with a good conditioner or hair mask to give it some nourishment. After using this, I do see a difference. Will continue to use this as part of my hair routine when needed.

the effectiveness is awesome I have lots of gray hair and this shampoo makes my gray white not yellow I have been using this shampoo for a very long time and very satisfied

The anti-yellowing effect is visible after just one hair wash, but I don't recommend it for daily use unless you want your hair color to change.

This shampoo works great. It gets the job done, but if you leave it on for too long like even a couple seconds too long will turn your hair purple so you just have to be very careful with it. But great overall.

Work good on over process hair.

I left the shampoo on a section of my white hair, which has streaked yellow, for the appointed time. The shampoo did not obliterate the streak. Maybe I need multiple applications. However, the streak has faded and I am encouraged. I will continue using the shampoo for a few more applications. I am hoping that ultimately it will remove the streak entirely.
