I got this to give to my Dad for Christmas. My Dad loves puzzles and has several. The regular 3D puzzles are not his favorite but I thought he would enjoy a different challenge. I was right! It was one of his first presents he opened to play with. I saw him look at it and study it and slowly take it apart. Then laughed as he struggled to try and put it back together. The puzzles are a nice size (about baseball size or so) and I love that they are made of wood. The box to hold the puzzles is also made of wood and very beautiful. I love the quality of these puzzles and my Dad is sure to enjoy them for many years. The display box allows him to store the pieces together and not have to worry about losing any. It also looks lovely in his 'Puzzle Room'. Great product for the puzzler in your family!

I bought this as a backhanded gift for a guy I was dating at the time. He thinks he's the next Elon Musk and is absolutely brilliant (he's not). He started as an engineering major but failed out of the program so I thought this would be the perfect gift for him to fail at too since it doesn't come with instructions/puzzle key. I was ready to break up with him after a few weeks of dating but we were approaching Christmas, so we stayed together and I bought him a gift. However, I just couldn't take it anymore and broke up with him before we exchanged gifts so here we are where I got to keep a beautiful puzzle set that is both fun to play with and beautiful to look at with its display case. The one that is apart in the pic actually does go back together. I'm a real engineer (take that!!) so I know how to assemble it. I swear! The quarter with the green arrow is for size reference.

Nice quality work. Bought it as a gift for my 9 year old. It kept him busy for days, but he finally solved it without any help. The set came without instructions (solutions), but there are plenty of videos on the web if you know the name of the specific puzzles. Just google for Soma Cube, Wooden Star and Enigma Puzzle. I deducted one star for the missing instructions because I can imagine that less patient kids could easily get frustrated and lose interest.

Product came damaged and is very poor quality. From the appearance of the puzzles it looks like it had been used. I bought this for my son and tried to return but found out that they do not allow for returns. Trying to get the company to send a replacement.

I don't love it, and I don't hate it. It is really tiny! I wasn't expecting it to be so small! Like that cube puzzle in the middle is not quite the size of a tennis ball. The instructions on how to solve the puzzles are super blurry, like they have been photo copied one too many times. The instructions are impossible to figure out and use. So now we have 3 puzzles that we cannot get back together. I was hoping for a better quality to leave on my coffee table for boredom or when people came over they could have something to fidget with. But since we can not get them back together, they are now expensive pieces of kindling for our fire pit.

My husband has major ADHD and I got this for him as a gift to take to work (car salesman) and he can tinker away! He loves them and loves his customers to have a go at taking apart and solving these things! They look super professional and nice on his desk!His only complaint is the star puzzle needed a little sanding on the sides of the pieces because he was afraid he was going to break it taking it apart and putting it back together! But other than that a great fathers day Gift

This was a great add on gift for my nephew. It was small, but that was fine. The puzzles were just hard enough to keep us all stumped! We had a great time with these three puzzles on Christmas eve. Definitely a nice gift for that hard to buy for person to change it up from a boring gift card, or to help use your brain!I purchased this product at full price and all opinions are mine alone.

Purchased as a stocking stuffer. There puzzles packaged together in a wooden holder. Made from wood and appear to be if excellent quality. Instructions included but cannot testify to their effectiveness because it was bought as a gift for a giving tree and will be going to an unidentified recipient, but I was pleased with my purchase.
