Nice product and after sales service, one of the bud stopped working, just headed to care claimed my warranty and boom, a new packed earphone was shipped to my house in 3 days ( it was not in stock at the service center so they shipped it to my address)

Low quality from jack side
Within 6-7 month earphone will get lost connection from anyone end because of jack side isseQuality is good apart from jack/ also we can't clam warranty because of paramedic situation :(

Comes in nice color variants, sound quality superb and one of the best earphones I have ever used. At the end can say total value for money.

Order it 2nd time
Liked the color and design. Sound quality is great. Ordered it 2nd time but this time 1 side stopped working within a week. Will claim replacement from JBL after lockdown.

The product is not good stopped working after 3 months.no response from JBL customer care .better service from boat when compared to JBL . If want sound than nothing beats JBL but when coming to product life it's worstCheck before buying
