Puri Tech Elevate Top Mount Hydraulic Spa & Hot Tub Cover Lift Removal System

I’ve been through 3 Covermate brand cover lifters before I discovered this one. All I wanted was one that was all metal, easy to assemble, and does the job. And that’s exactly what this one does. Don’t waste your time with anything else.

This cover lifting mechanism is very easy to install and works great. Easy to lift cover out of the way!

Works well. Installation instructions need to be updated. The Warning! "Do not remove cable tie at this step."Totally wrong, cut the tie. The hydraulic arm isn't connected. The supplied screws to mount the lift plate are to soft for wood with a pilot hole. I stripped out three heads being very careful not to. The brake would notmove far enough to disengage. It was easy to remove.

I am pleasantly surprised to say this works as expected! I was hoping it would fit my 105inch hot tub, and it did! It closes and opens easily.. I was worried it wouldn’t help as much as I wanted after reading the reviews, but it works exactly how I needed it to. So happy with the purchase.

Instructions did lack some details around mounting to the middle of the spa cover. A few more detailed steps would have helped. Got there in the end

As described. Works very well. Mounting positioning however is sensitive and depending on your spa may require spacers to clear trim in order to position correctly.

Defective product- screws are so long for tub’s panel.Seller never returned my request for why partial refund. It was a free return but they charged about $63 for return shipping.Amazon customer service wasn’t able to help after putting me on hold for 20 minutes.Don’t buy from this seller. The product is defective.

Wish we would have bought this 8 years ago! So much better than the lifts that have a base under the hot tub. Super easy to install (took us less than a half hour).
