I have very sensitive dry cuticles that peel easily so I have tried multiple cuticle oils, treatments, balms etc. This is the only one that has actually worked to keep my cuticles healthy. It absorbs quickly and hydrates your cuticles almost instantly. I also like the applicator. I will buy this one again and again. I do not care for the smell at all but that is its only downside.

I've tried mamy different nail strengthener oil, lotion, and the like, but this is definitely the best one I've found. It works. I don't always follow the instruction (use twice a day) because life, but even the times that I use it is enough to strengthen my brittle nails so they no longer chip and peel so easily. This oil absorbs quickly and easily. There may still be a bit of residue on the skin and/or nails after application, but it's natural oil and it doesn't smell intrusive. I have noticed that since I started applying this oil on my nails, even my hands have become less rough, probably from absorbing the residual oil. I'd say that this oil is worth getting. I'd personally get one of the pens for to-go and a bottle for wherever you may spend the most time during the day.

My thumb nail started to split and peel due to chemotherapy drugs. The nail bed was exposed nearly half way down in the central part of the nail. It’s been a slow regrowth process, but Solar Oil kept the nail bed from drying out so the good nail could easily attach. The oil also treated the peeling areas and preventing further peeling and cracking. The nail still has a way to grow out. I nearly have affected area trimmed back to good nail. Another plus, oil penetrates nail and nail bed quickly. The oil has a really nice, bordering delicious, smell. My Dane follows me around trying to “eat” what she perceives I’m holding in my hand.

I like the product. It’s easy to use. It has softened my cuticles only after a few applications. I pick at my cuticles so it’s important for me to keep them from drying out , Hopefully this helps stop the picking with continued use! I don’t like this smell. But it’s not terrible.

It's been great for my nails, quick and easy to apply, not oily and I love the fragrance! The 15ml bottle lasts so long. When I'm ready to buy more I'll be using this to fill up some cuticle oil pens.

Very useful. Every time after using it my nails and skin because better. But it just take some time to absorb the oil, every time probably 15 mins

I bought this product with the Super Shiney Top Coat and the Sticky Base Coat to help my manicures last longer, look better, and leave my nails healthier afterwards. I purchased the set right after Thanksgiving and used it extensively to do various manicures and polish changes during the holidays, and not only did the manicures hold up better than a typical natural nail manicure, my nails looked great even after taking the polish off completely and just showing my natural nails. I agree with other users that if I have this on and do the manicure, it doesn't get the full benefits of the Sticky Base Coat and last as long as it does otherwise. When I am doing a manicure, I do it with clean, dry nails and let it set for a day or so. Then I carefully rub just a tiny bit of solar oil in the edges of my nail bed every day after that. When I am letting my nails recover and go without a manicure, I use the enclosed brush and paint it on my nails, then rub it into my whole nail bed and cuticles, usually right before bed so I wont be washing my hands for awhile. It has made a big difference in the look and health of my natural nails in just a short amount of time. I am a children's librarian and so I wash my hands a lot between handling books and materials, touching kids and things they have touched (germ city, especially in the winter with everyone sick). I have found some great hand creams but still got a lot of trouble with nail growth and hang nails. I used to be frequently plagued by soreness from hangnails and dry cracking along the cuticles no matter how much hand cream I used - especially in the winter. Now, my nails are less brittle and grow better, and my hangnails and cracked cuticles have healed up with just under two months use of this oil. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use this product and recommend it to others.

I have been buying this for years. While the quality of the product is still great, they changed the scent, and it is awful. It used to smell like almond. now it's a chemical floral scent.

I love this nail and cuticle oil. My nails are stronger as I bought a 15ml bottle from ebay a couple of weeks ago. I bought a 68ml bottle of the same seller, and lets just say, there's a few problems with the seller not responding to me. Anyway, this bottle comes with a brush and a pump; I use the pump. It is very easy to apply, with noticeable results within days. It smells like Almonds, and this is great value for money. Additionally, you get a good-quality bottle of this nail oil, suitable for salon professionals. I love the oil; you don't need a lot, apply it religiously every day, and put the oil on each nail, massaging it right into the nails and surrounding skin. it leaves my skin soft, and stops nails from drying out keeping them looking shiny. It can be used on bare nails as well. I highly recommend CND solar nail oil in any size bottle. I have a 15ml bottle to fit in my bag.

I have been using another brand of nail care for years and I came across this and wanted to give it a try and I am sure glad I did ! It is awesome , my nails look and feel better then they have in a while. I will not be going back to my original stuff.

My nails were so weak and damaged from years of gel nail abuse but this has been brilliant. They’re really starting to grow in length, but more importantly, strength. Smells great too and the bottle is a great size - will last me ages!
