What can you say about a phone battery? It's not sexy, tasty or any adjective applied to so many products. How about it fit the phone perfectly and got everything back in working order. Arrived quickly from the company.

The product was inferior to the RAY72 as it was not the same thickness. Because of it being thinner, the battery would not continue to make good contact while in the battery compartment. I would not purchase this as a replacement for the RAY72 nor would I purchase from this vendor as he would not honor a return of this product!Homer

Exactly what we needed!

Yeah, I jumped at this battery because of the price and because they claim it is an equivalent replacement. The experience? No. It is not. One of them I have in the cordless in my office and it is charging ALL THE TIME. In other words, it is never fully charged. The charge indicator on the handset says it is charged to just below half, and if not kept on the charger, will lose it's charge in a few hours if not used, but in less than an hour if used. You can see these all over the place when you Google Ray72 and I figure they all come out of the same factory in China. I'm going to pay the $20 for the real Rayovac because at least they work.
