making homemade ice cream!

The powdered milk was in another plastic bag but the powder was all over the bags on the inside. This didn't bother me to much ;but may other people. I used the powdered milk in a kielbasa recipe I tried.

I was looking for a good powdered milk option for when I run out and can’t make it to the store. I purchased this one because the price was better than some other options and the reviews were good. I was impressed at how well this mixes in water and how good the milk tastes and mixes with coffee. I find when adding the powder to water it turns into a smooth, delicious cup of milk and when adding it to my coffee it’s perfect, like I added carton or bag milk. I do not add the powder directly into my coffee but rather mix the powder with water first to actually make the milk, then add the milk to my coffee. I generally mix this powdered milk in a shaker cup and keep it in the fridge so that I don’t need to mix it each time. It refrigerates well and holds up nicely over a few days. I like that the bag is resealable and keeps the powder secure, dry, and fresh. I am not sure how it compares to other options and brands overall because I have only used this one, but I am very happy with this powdered milk and have found no issues. I recommend it because it mixes well without clumping, dissolves perfectly in water, tastes great, is very comparable to carton and bag milk, and is perfect in my coffee.

Nice product and easy to use. Works wonderfully in baking.

I like the taste but it does not mix easily with water. I suspect it is not fully "fat free."
