Hello, Apologise about the delay. It is quite a large cannister which contains 450g of Butane/Propane gas. I have used my gas cannister several times for cooking, and I still hsve plenty of gas left over for future use. Go for the large cannister, the CV 470 PLUS. It should last you a while, if you decide to use it for camping. Good Luck!
