Amazing product for anybody that is on TRT and struggles with acne. I had tried 2 antibiotics, every soap and acne wash you can think of, and an topical antibiotic. None of them would clear up my acne which I had on my back, chest, and delts. After a couple weeks of taking DIM my acne cleared up 95%. I have gone through one bottle so far and have not had a single acne flare up since! Just ordered my second bottle.

I am always extremely skeptical of supplements and more often than not, you end up paying a lot of money for expensive pee. However, this one really made me a believer. I'm on TRT, about 65mg/wk and I recently got an Estradiol test best of 52.3, which is way too high. After looking around at my options, and reading some horror stories about more direct prescription intervention I decided to DIM a try. The studies all looked pretty promising and the cost was pretty reasonable. After taking this for about a month I just got back my most recent Estradiol test and it was 28.5, smack dab in the middle of normal. I couldn't be happier with the results. Worked quick, no side effects, and did exactly what I was hoping for. If you are worried about accidently messing up your hormones with prescription AI, it's worth giving DIM a shot.

I have had major inconsistencies in my labs since starting TRT in 2022. A friend recommended this DIM product in August 2025 and my labs have drastically improved since. Will it last? I have no idea but I have been more than pleased to date.

My husband has been using this for around 6 months and he’s seen huge improvement in lowered estrogen and higher testosterone levels. Great value for the benefits. We order on subscription which makes it super easy to maintain.

It does help with estrogen metabolism and increases libido abit (for men) but thread carefully : - the dose is abit high , it should be maximum 150-200mg per capsule especially for first time tryers. - IMPORTANT : never take one and stop , the withdrawal effects will Tank your libido and mess with your hormones , to cycle it properly try : 5 days on , 2 days off for a month then gradually decrease the intake to 1 evey 2-3 days for 1 week, then 1 every 4 days for the next week till youre off of it . Make sure to take a multivitamin 30 mins before it so you can help your body’s detox pathaways . That will ensure the body doesnt reuse the unexcreted estrogen

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. This product has worked for me. After 1 month of taking it every day, I have seen a big difference in chest (man boobs) I was to the point where I would wear a compression under shirt under whatever shirt I was wearing to hide the excess fat in my chest area. I'm 5'10" 200 pounds. Haven't really noticed any other changes but that's ok, the reason I bought it was for the estrogen blocking and it has fixed the problem. I will continue to take it and recommend to anyone with the same issue.
