It has the ability to get right to the areas that I feel tension and pain, which is the upper back thoracic area of my spine. This RR Peanut relieves the pain and tightness that I feel without compromising the spine and discs. In fact, the spine is completely protected and it is adjustable too! This one is a game changer for pin point areas that you really want to get at! Try it! As with all products like this, if you are under care be sure to check with your doctor to make sure it is a good fit for you and your type of injury :)

Be patient, allow it to settle in, breathe, and move your arms/shift your weight SLOWLY!I wasn’t sure how the beasties shifted from close to wide - so I hesitated to order this when I first saw it. That was a mistake- I should have had this in my arsenal the whole time! I will be purchasing the green xfirm beastie ball peanut as well soon.If you are new to rumble roller and beastie ball’s product line - my advice is get the original products before moving on to the more advanced x-firm offerings.BOTTOM LINE - this product differentiates itself from the beastie bar and the single beastie ball. It’s a great addition to their product line and it is the most effective upper back/between shoulder blades tool I have ever used.Five stars all day

So I've used this product for 5months now, and I love it more than any other tool I use for soft tissue work. I have accumobility products, rogue, and use kettlebells for Body Tempering. This is my most favorite tool in a pinch and especially for my shoulders n spine. You can fit it in your bag, and it's so easy for so many areas on the body
